Mansion (Maison) Villas ? 6-bedroom, multi-level residences designed with larger built-up communal areas.
Ancillary components forming part of the overall master plan include: buggy parking, service rooms, MEP zones, a diesel generator and fuel storage, sewerage treatment plant, hydrant and water tank systems, a helipad, marina setback, and designated enhanced view corridors as indicated in the project layout.
